1. What is a 360 Spin Booth?

The 360 Spin Booth is an interactive video booth where guests stand on a platform while a rotating camera captures slow-motion, high-definition videos from all angles. The videos are instantly ready to share on social media.

3. How much space is required?

typically we require a minimum space of 3m x 3m and a ceiling height of at least 2.5m to operate safely and comfortably.

4. How many people can use the booth at once?

The platform can hold 5 people at a time, however 3 to 4 people is reccomended.


5. Do you provide an attendant?

Yes, a trained attendant will be present throughout the entire hire period to set up, manage the booth, and assist guests.

6. How long does setup take?

Setup usually takes 45–60 minutes, and pack-down takes approximately 30 minutes.

7. How do guests receive their videos?

Videos are shared instantly via:

• AirDrop (on request)
Guests can download and post directly to their social media accounts.

8. Can we customise the videos?

We require access to a standard power outlet within 10 metres of the setup area. If power is unavailable, please inform us in advance.

11. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as far ahead in advance as possible. especially during peak seasons. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on availability.

12. Do you travel to different locations?

Yes, we offer mobile services and can travel to most locations. Travel fees may apply depending on travel time.

13. What happens if my event runs late?

Extra time can be added subject to availability. Overtime is charged at an agreed hourly rate.

14. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.
